Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum
- Prior Retail experience or roles in serving others
- Basic Accounting and Math proficiency
Preferred
- Direct experience in the fuel and convenience store industry or other chain retail.
Working Conditions/other requirements:
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license and/or can work in the field throughout specified geographical area.
- Typically works evenings and/or weekends, shifts alternate vs Store Manager most often.
- Store must always be operational, and all shifts must be covered per hours of operation in various climate conditions.
- Must be able to stand/site for prolonged periods and lift to 40 lbs.
- Team Leaders can be expected to work anywhere between 35-55 hours in a typical workweek.
