We are looking for individuals with experience in Restaurant, Serving, and Hospitality to join our team as an Account Representative because of their great Relationship-Building, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills. Our team acts as the face of our clients: promoting their products, services, and brand; they're responsible for explaining how our clients can benefit their customers and leave everyone with a smile on their face. This position involves face-to-face customer service and sales support and is paid off of performance.
Due to the high client demand, we are looking for someone to join our team immediately! SMI Solutions is looking to expand and grow, and has put together an in-depth, hands-on management training program. We are looking to develop individuals from the Entry Level Account Representative role into leadership and management roles within our privately owned company within the year.
Account Representatives will
- Act as a representative for our clients
- Promote our clients products and services
- Provide solutions to customer needs
- Plan and prepare sales training

JOB REQUIREMENTS
