Job Description
Will work closely with Restaurant Leadership team by leading a team to coordinate and execute all things pertaining to repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.

- Must have clean driving record, reliable transportation and able to pick up supplies when necessary (in personal vehicle when Chick-fil-A vehicle is unavailable)
Training:
- Must complete Chick-fil-A training modules pertaining to restaurant cleaning and maintenance including facilities, cooking equipment, refrigeration equipment, cleaning calendar and maintenance calendar
- Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification
- Must learn integrated pest management procedures
- Must learn basic kitchen operations by on site training
Responsibilities
- Expected to schedule and complete maintenance tasks that are recommended by the manufactures or required by Chick-fil-A
- Responsible to select, train, and lead a maintenance team. Ensure that team members and Operator understand what tasks they need to complete and how to complete them
- Responsible for maintaining a food safe environment
- Responsible for managing scopes of work on the maintenance calendar
- Develop and build relationships with equipment service companies and technicians when additional maintenance and repair expertise is required
- Responsible for managing the repair and maintenance annual budget
- Responsible for inventory management of cleaning supplies, tools and spare parts
- Responsible to staff and work occasional special cleaning projects
The Details:
- 20-25 flexible hours a week (will clock in & out). Specific hours vary depending on the tasks to be accomplished
- Expected Availability: Monday – Friday 5am-2pm (May be occasional afternoon, evening or Saturday duties.)
- Sundays off
- Starting hourly wage: $11.00 (Wage Increases with periodic reviews) & 401k after 1 year
- Use of a company vehicle when necessary
- $.54 per mile when personal vehicle is used for business related activities
- Free Meals while at work (Per employee meal policy)
