Lead Utility Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Utility foreman wanted to complete five-man crew working in SW Amarillo installing water lines, sewer lines, manholes, etc. 

Required experience (at least five years preferred):

• Advanced leadership skills directing a team of diverse personalities
• Advanced scheduling, planning, plan implementation, and plan execution skills
• Advanced sense of responsibility, punctual, and patient
• Light to heavy equipment operation and maintenance (Excavator, backhoe, dump truck, etc.)
• Advanced experience installing water and sewer lines
• Intermediate grading and street improvements
• Concrete work, basic plumbing, and electrical installation and repair 
• Read, interpret, and follow civil engineering plans
• Advanced trouble-shooting, problem solving, communication and coordination as a team
• Construction estimating, take-offs, and general calculations 

Basic requirements:

• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Periodic heavy lifting required
• Extremely pro-active forward thinker
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
• Able to be productive in all types of weather
• Doesn't mind getting dirty
• Energetic, dependable, responsible team member willing to lead the team
• 40 working hours per week 

Compensation: Competitive based on experience level with bonus structure based on production
