Optometry Technician / Front desk - Part-time

We are a fast growing optometry office located in the north Fort Worth/Keller area.

We are currently hiring for the following position:

Optometric Technician / Front desk

Duties include but are not limited to:
1.Greet patients / answer phones
2.Operate testing equipment / setup exam rooms 
3.Verify & file medical and vision insurance
4.Sell / adjust / order glasses
5.Sell / order contact lenses
6.Assist with general office housekeeping



Candidates must meet the following:

1.Must be positive, have a pleasant personality, and work well with others
2.Good basic math skills (work with a number line and be able to calculate percentages)
3.Be a fast learner
4.Have clear written and verbal communication skills
5.Be punctual and have good attendances
6.Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
7.Retail experience preferred
8.Focus on providing great patient/customer service
 
*Experience in eyecare is not required
We will provide training to qualified individuals
