In an effort to further enhance customer experience and provide top quality service, Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. (PCA) is actively recruiting college graduates for its specialized Estates Team. This recruitment effort is an outside-the-box response to the ever-changing and highly regulated consumer credit industry, that now requires top talent and employees.

Within the role, Estates Specialists will represent Fortune 500 creditors in working with Executors and Administrators to address unpaid estate liabilities. Those chosen for the role will be placed into an intense induction training and coaching program designed to establish expert-level sophistication of the consumer credit industry and the Probate process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support PCA Core Values of Compliance, Compassion, Commitment & Innovation.
  • Remain considerate of the emotional toll estate administration may have on Executors, Administrators and/or Personal Representatives and act with empathy at all times.
  • Identify and establish contact with Executors & Administrators to introduce our client, ourselves and the purpose of our involvement.
  • Engage Executors, Administrators, and/or Personal Representatives in discussions related to estate inventory, solvency, and asset distribution.
  • Provide guidance and support to Executors, Administrators, and/or Personal Representatives throughout the probate process.
  • Manage workload in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance, internal protocols, and industry best-practices.

Demands & Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (all majors)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors)
  • 40-hours per week in-office, including evenings
  • Ability to communicate with the public in a compliant, compassionate, & empathetic manner.
