Responsibilities:

  • Tidy conference rooms and common areas to be ready for daytime staff operations
  • Stock and organize: countertops, pantries, supply closets, restroom supplies, etc.
  • Collect and take out trash/recyclables.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies
  • Clean, wipe down and dust countertops, mirrors, furniture and appliances, and all surfaces in break rooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Collect dishes from work spaces.  Load & run dishwashers and/or wash and dry dishes by hand.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
  • Utilize Q Operator App via personal smartphone to perform all tasks including: review schedule, clock in and out, read, review, and mark tasks as complete, order supplies for clients, and communicate all issues with task list or client requests to the office manager & supervisors via the Q Operator App.  
  • Arrive to sessions at scheduled time, perform all tasks with high quality (5-star service) and ensure the location is locked and secured when completed.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
  • Independently manage 1 - 4 clients to ensure 5 Star Service.
