Housekeeper/Houseman

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the entire community which will include public areas, elevators, restrooms, activity rooms, porches and lobby areas.

Clean and sanitize resident apartments which include kitchen, bathroom and living areas while maintaining privacy for each resident.

Must be able to interact with residents and others in a friendly, courteous manner, provide assistance as required and handle special requests.

Note any problem areas and report to the Facility Services team to be handled accordingly

Required skills and qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen

One year of housekeeping is desired

Be able to work a flexible schedule, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Must have compassion for elderly people and a strong desire for cleanliness
