About this job

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding customer service expectations related to the registration process. He/she is fully trained and understanding of Patient Financial Services policies and procedures and the administration of those according to established guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years in customer service and computer skills preferred; medical terminology and front desk physician or hospital experience a plus; ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service skills required.
