Monrovia Based private company is seeking Inside Sales/Customer professionals to support businesses throughout North America.
Who are they: They are a family owned business who are a close group that enjoy fitness activities (marathons) and training activities to promote empowerment for the employees. The company provides State Law Compliance posters for companies throughout the USA and Canada. They create and manufacture all posters based on specific state guidelines at the site and provide sales and service to their clients.
What you will do: Inside Sales support - Candidate will contact new and existing companies to provide updated information on State Law requirements to be posted at each company site. Not a hard sale environment. These posters must be, by law posted by every organization in N. America (including Canada) so every company needs one.
What you will need to have: The ideal candidate will have the desire to inform companies of their requirements, be helpful and friendly and be motivated to achieve goals.
Requirement include experience making phone calls and sending emails to businesses that need updated posters. Laws change every year so this is always in demand. They manufacture and design their own product so they cut out the middle man which allows you to make more bonus. The role will be temporary to hire for 520 hours (approx. 3 months) and then will go full time.
