Court Attendant

Summary of Position: The court attendant is vital to balancing the goals of happiness, safety and maintaining a state-of-the-art facility. This position’s main focus is to ensure that all company policies and regulations are adhered to and that a safe and enjoyable environment is made possible to guests by properly maintaining the court area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Safe jumping by all participants is the top priority while in this role.
  • Knowledge of trampolines, springs and other equipment is important to ensure a safe experience.
  • Greet all customers enthusiastically, ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Maintain an environment of controlled chaos.
  • Keep full attention on the court and all jumpers. Never walk away and leave jumpers unattended.
  • Explain safety policies and other rules to guests as necessary.
  • Ensure that jumpers have proper footwear, no loose jewelry and a valid wristband.
  • Coordinate clearing the court for those whose wristbands have expired.
  • Cleaning and inspection of trampoline surfaces as required.
  • Must report details of any and all injuries and escalated issues to the manager on duty in a calm and professional manner immediately.
  • Some duties may be subject to change, and full compliance of other duties not listed will be required.

Sales Associate for Tickets and Concessions

Summary of Position: The sales associate is often the first person to greet guests, so the goal is to provide friendly, responsive and efficient service to help reach our vision of excellence for all guests and to ensure exception value in their purchases.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet all guests enthusiastically.
  • Process payment by cash, credit cards and all other forms of payment.
  • Ensure customers have properly completed waivers.
  • Process tickets purchased online.
  • Stock concession and retail inventory.
  • Prepare guests for jumping: socks, tickets and wristbands.
  • Keep workstation organized and clean.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Assist with retail sales.
  • Report customer concerns to management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Greet customers on the phone, ensuring a timely and effective response.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Informs management team of any shortages to retail and store products.

Party Host

Summary of Position: The Party Host ensures that all parties flow smoothly and are special to the guest of honor by paying attention to event details, cleaning and turning the space around quickly and assisting as needed. This person will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging in an enthusiastic, professional manner to achieve our goal of exceeding expectations in all customer events and providing exception value.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet the party attendees and escort them to their party room.
  • Responsible to set up and clean the party area.
  • Setup and serve refreshments as needed.
  • Verify waivers for all jumpers.
  • Maintain positive rapport with guests.
  • Process payments via credit card or cash.
  • Prepare jumpers with wristbands and socks.
  • Explain all company regulations to guests who are jumping.
  • Strictly adhere to the party/event schedule.
  • Coordinate with court attendants about party/event guests jump time.
  • Ensure that all guests are comfortable.
  • Restock all party supplies as needed.
  • Present guest of honor with gift bag.

Greeter/Floater

Summary of Position:  During all busy times, guests will be greeted at the door and guided to the waiver station and sales counter as appropriate. This function is critical to ensuring the ease of the check-in process for all. This position also assists with other key duties as outlined below, with a goal of meeting the goal of a happy, safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities & Duties but are not limited to:

  • Greet all guests entering the building in an enthusiastic, informative manner.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the business in order to respond to customer questions and concerns.
  • Guide party/event attendees to the appropriate place/person.
  • Assists Party Host with setup, clean up and refreshment preparation.
  • Assist with keeping restrooms clean.
  • Constantly make rounds scanning for any issues related to organization or cleanliness.
  • Guide guests to signage related to safety for review prior to jumping.
  • Keep jump and lobby areas clean of debris.
  • Assist with stocking the concessions and retail items as needed.
  • Communicate any customer complaints to the appropriate person quickly and in detail.
  • Assist with maintenance of company equipment.
