La Petite Swim Schools is Hiring Swim Teachers now! La Petite Baleen Swim Schools is looking for qualified individuals who want to work at our swim school in San Francisco. Do YOU want to make a difference in the life of a child? Do you love kids? Do you like to swim? Then this is the job for you! You will learn our award-winning curriculum and teach your students the most important life skills through swim lessons.
We operate all year round and this is a perfect job for students, athletes, seekers of part-time employment, etc. We train, so no prior swim teaching experience is required.
We want candidates who have can commit to scheduled shift(s) for at least a year and it's important that our employees have consistency with their shifts and dedication to their work for the children! We look forward to hearing from you! Swim Teachers ($21-$27/hour)
- Must be over the age of 16
- Swimming experience a plus
- Experience working with children (2 months to adult) in an instructional setting a plus
- Able to attend in and out of water training sessions (4-5 weeks, about 10 hours per week)
- Strong communication skills
