JUVENILE DEPENDENCY ATTORNEY

San Gabriel Valley law firm is currently seeking an experienced juvenile dependency attorney in a full time position in their Arcadia office. This well-established firm has built a solid reputation in the dependency sector and provides a wide variety of legal services to juvenile dependency clients. Our firm motto is: "Keeping Families Together One Case At A Time" In this role you will become part of a large team and will manage your own case list and clients.

Requirements:

a minimum of 3 years experience in juvenile dependency law litigation. Responsibilities include case analysis and development, deadline management, document analysis, research and drafting of pleadings, and briefs. Candidate must be able to handle all stages of litigation, motions, as well as discovery involved in the dependency law litigation process. Candidate must be licensed in California. Excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong presentation skills. Effective use of computer systems for the generation of professional reports, scheduling and client database management. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Good organizational skills and capacity to be detail-oriented.
