Coming soon to Auburn,The Best / Fast Casual /Tex- Mex Restaurant In War Eagle Country!!We are looking for High Energy, Happy, Proud and Team oriented teammates to work and play in our new store. The food is a from scratch in a kitchen with fresh Vegetables, from scratch Sauces, Meats and Beverages where the Iron Tribe groups will come running, made daily to order, "The way Mama would do it." We have a full bar as well with pitchers of Margaritas, Draft Beer and Bottled Beer. Our concept is a laid back dress, with music you can whistle and work to from Dave Matthews, 3 Doors Down, to REM and even a little Soul Man here and there, while giving our guest that ' WOW' service you would want to write home to Mama about.*

Kitchen staff : * We are looking for experienced and not so experienced people who have the desire to be the best and do it right every day every time FOR THE HEART OF THE HOUSE, our kitchen and food. * The team we choose will have very competitive pay above even full service restaurant hourly rates for the right people. We want you to take ownership and be proud of where you work and we reward you in pay for that. The kitchen team will also be cross trained to every position from prep to front line and each shift you will be in multiple roles depending on the time of day. * Performance based schedules where you will ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY OFF and you control your destiny in hours scheduled by your desire and performance.

• * Dining Room Staff, Cashier/ Server , and Bar staff ( must be 21 or older for Bar)
• You will be cross trained and be able to work any of the front of house positions, except those that require age law requirements .
• Also the ability to lift 25 lbs. on a as needed basis as specified by position and business.* Smiling faces and a genuine love for guest service and guest satisfaction is our ideal teammate. *We want the teammates that will act as if they are making Mama or Grandma feel special on Mother's day, but Every day, and every guest.
