Young Adult Internship Program (YAIP) at LaGuardia Community College
Attend an Info Session: Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 9:30am at:
La Guardia CC, 29-10 Thomson Ave., Rm. C-344, Long Island City, NY 11101
Gain work experience! Earn more than $3,800 in 14 weeks!
YAIP interns receive:
- 3 weeks of paid orientation
- 11 weeks of paid internship (you could gain permanent employment)
- Job counseling and work readiness training
After your internship, you can:
- Prepare for college admission
- Enter an occupational skills training program
- Enroll in a High School Equivalency prep program
- Connect with other job and educational opportunities
