A Pizza Chef at The Anchor Bar will be preparing fresh authentic New York style pizza with dough shipped directly from New York! Line cooks will work as a team, and always for the guests’ satisfaction. Other kitchen duties will be general responsibilities to have a clean, safe highly productive kitchen. We work as a team, we do whatever we must make the best food every plate. We put orders away, we clean, and we teach. Cooks are respected as the heart of the team, so passion and pride need to match skill and understanding. This is a kitchen that will pride itself on amazing food, level, and skilled team, shift to shift hand off that is seamless.
