Hotel is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Bellmen to provide great service
and memorable experience to our guests.
Essential qualifications:
1) Valid (VA) drivers license.
2) Excellent driving record.
3) Ability to drive all vehicle types.
4) Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
5) Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening
and communication skills.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
-Upon arrival, greets and assists guests by helping unload luggage from
vehicle and transporting to their room, personally carrying the luggage or
using a luggage cart.
-Upon departure, assists the guest by transporting luggage from room to
lobby, and helping the guest load luggage into vehicle.
-Responds to inquiries and promotes the hotels services, in person and on
telephone, by explaining products/services. ---Provides the guest with
up-to-date hotel information in order to enhance customer relations.
-Driving guests in the hotel van/vehicle to and from local destinations in
a friendly and courteous manner.
-Maintain the hotel shuttle; gas, oil, cleanliness; filling in daily van
reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
