Do you know how to do home repairs or like fixing things?Lang Nelson Associates has immediate full-time openings to add to our staff of maintenance technicians.Lang Nelson has multi-housing, assisted, and senior independent living facilities that offer an award winning living experience.
Our maintenance techs perform maintenance service repairs in skilled areas such as minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical servicing, and apartment turns.Boiler and pool licenses are preferred.
Outstanding applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years' apartment maintenance, or equivalent experience and will be required to pass a background and drug test.
