We have a part-time opening for a Construction Estimator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have 5 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

$225,000 a year - Commission

MoTECHS-GCS is looking for 2 Estimators that have extensive estimating skills such as the strong ability to do itemize bidding. Must have pricing knowledge of the categories below.

Largely for commercial:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVac
• Carpentry (framing commercial & residential)
• Roofing
• Flooring
• Tiling
• Drywall
• Painting
• Masonry
• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Demo
• Installation
• Site-work

MoTECHS-GCS has countless project opportunities. MoTECHS-GCS is a strong long standing minority company. We are hig on the chosen list with a number of Asset Management companies, banks, hedge fund companies, mortgage companies, Real Estate companies, Insurance companies as well as Private Investors. We get work from Virginia's SWaM program as well as DBE in DC & MD.

MoTECHS-GCS is a full state coverage company for Virginia, Maryland & DC. Opportunities for a very good Estimator will prove to be fruitful @ 5% fee of a 18% markup over standard project cost. MoTECHS-GCS is quietly guaranteed 40% of every bid we are offered.

Example:

Cost of a project at $680k with a markup of 18% equaling $122,400 > >

$122,400 (X) 5% = $6,120 commission - paid in 3 phases simultaneously with MoTECHS-GCS, which is usually 50% upfront, but no less than 35% upfront.

An average of 20 bid opportunities per week is very much there for an Estimator to take advantage of...
