PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Leads creation and management of development strategic databases and systems solutions to provide insight into business performance. Creates, presents and reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning and makes recommendations. Suggests areas for, and methods of improving, development performance. Implements analytical approaches and methodologies to assists in the interpretation of development results in order to improve performance across all development functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Create and manage development strategic databases, analyze existing development department processes and business needs. Using all available information, create action plans and assignments for system improvements 2. Develop, create and manage reports that are consistent with organizational reporting automation and execution to support improvement of development performance goals and metrics 3. Collaborate with leadership of development, senior ARG leadership and System/IT team to provide support of development efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic development initiatives 4. Develop and revise existing business processes and coordinate technology improvements to increase efficiency, visibility and forecasting to meet company's aggressive business goals 5. Serve as Development Analytics PMO to review and manage third party project scopes and budget. Create project plans to ensure resources are meeting project deliverables 6. Serve as Real Estate Management System primary support for system development Lucerenx and other systems as well as future enhancements 7. Lead development reporting, inclusive of new openings, remodels, and pipeline for Senior Development Department leadership as well as intercompany ARG reporting needs. Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design specifications utilizing current systems methodologies and tools. Create additional systems, methodologies and tools as needed. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Required: Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience including strategic financial and/or operational analysis and systems management in Construction, Commercial Real Estate or Restaurant industry Preferred: 5+ years of professional experience using Real Estate Management System including advanced knowledge of the following: Lucernex, Expesite, Sitewise, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:  Strong business analysis skills (use of data models and analytical tools)  Detailed knowledge of data management/data analytics systems  Advanced experience of PMO in system implementation in Real Estate and Construction  Advanced experience in real estate deal tracking systems including Lucernex, Expesite, Sitewise, cloud database, and integrations  Strong strategy acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills and ability to understand how strategic decisions impact organization, processes, people, technology, operations and performance  Ability to work and influence across different teams and business units  Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint  Demonstrated leadership, management and influencing skills  Collaborative communicator with talent in developing trust and productive relationship with stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors  Ability to think creatively DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY  Development Team Systems (direct responsibility for usability)  Processes, Tools and Systems upgrade assessments and recommendations DIRECT REPORTS  None INDGSC
