Intern and Earn Paid Internship - Part-time

The Intern and Earn Program is now accepting applications for their paid internship program! SO ACT NOW! We are looking for youth between the ages of 16-24 who are out of school and out of work and want a PAID internship.

Duration: The program starts on March 18th 2019, and continue on for 12 weeks.

Pay Rate: Interns will earn   $15/Hr The internship runs for 25 hours per week for 12 weeks!

Program Overview: Participants will attend 3 weeks of paid orientation to learn how to be a successful young professional and we will match you to the internship that best fits your interests and abilities. Following the 3 weeks orientation, you will work at an internship site for 11 weeks and be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Once you are finished your 12 weeks, we will continue to provide you with employment and education support to keep you successful for the full year!

Location: Your orientation must be completed at our Astoria office but internships will be located in Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Internships are in various sectors: construction, health, office & admin, customer service, fashion, childcare, technology, non-profit, theater and more! 

ELIGIBILITY: * You must be between the ages of 16-24 years old * You must live in NYC * You must be legally eligible to work in the US * You must have been out school and out of work and out of training SINCE October 25th, 2017.

Social Security Card

Birth Certificate 

Proof of Address (a letter addressed to client(s) residence dated no later than May 2017)
