Hostesses
Enthusiastically greets and facilitates the guest experience by scheduling reservations, organizing server sections and maintaining efficient guest flow. Effectively communicates information about guests to appropriate staff before, during, and after guests' visit regarding menu or operational changes. Maintains detailed knowledge of physical layout of dining rooms, function rooms and bar including table and seat numbers, as well as all assigned special events.
