Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting everyone with integrity, courtesy and a friendly smile
• Offering every service and product the salon has available according to the quality standards established by management
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Continually upgrading abilities through education and training made available
• Keeping up to date guest information and record all formulas used in treatments or comments in salon software
• Completing each service within the time frame designated for your position

Qualifications:

What You Need for this Position

• Display confidence and professionalism at all times
• Ability to understand guests desired results
• Provide empathy and give guests a positive experience
• Must be able to provide certification or license upon hire
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
