NP or PA for a thriving integrative family medicine clinic - Full-time

Immediate Part-time position available for NP/PA with progressive transition to a **FULL TIME POSITION** for a growing, fast paced Integrative Family Medicine Practice in La Grange IL.

Required Skills : Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program APN/PA state licenses in IL (pending for new graduates will be considered), DEA license, RN license (if applicable) CPR certification, Interest in integrative and functional primary care, Computer skills - quick to learn new software programs. Experience with EMR preferred.

Job Details: part-time position (16-20 patient hrs/week initially with a transition to ramp up into a FULL TIME schedule of 32-36 patient hrs/week), outpatient only, will share call with other clinic providers (phone calls only, no need to go into the hospital/clinic outside of office hrs) - ideal candidates should be highly motivated, reliable, professional, adaptable, team players, have great computer and communication skills, ability to work independently but also collaboratively, some functional medicine training or background is ideal, but a strong interest in lifestyle medicine, integrative medicine, nutrition, and self-care will be considered **candidates with minimal experience and new graduates will be considered if highly motivated

Office Hours are: Monday/Tuesday/Friday(8am to 5pm) Thursday(11am to 8pm with staff training from 9:30am-11am weekly) Saturday 2x/month (8am to 12pm).
