ArrowPOS+POM is a national and expanding company specializing in point-of-sale computer systems for restaurants. Our clients are operations involving any combination of carryout, delivery, table service, and bar. Our systems use Windows based networking running proprietary application software. We provide complete and total turnkey packages to our customers from wiring, installation, training to ongoing support.
The candidate must be willing to travel and have a clean driving record.
EXPERIENCE:
*Restaurant Experience (Pizza would be great!)
*Basic Microsoft Windows Experience
*Ability to work independently
*Basic networking knowledge
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients via telephone and email
*Research and troubleshoot customer problems
*Troubleshoot networking issues
*Stage equipment for Installs
*Document support calls in to our support suite
*Create menus and databases for restaurants
*Setup online ordering sites for restaurants
*Create online menus for restaurants
