Busser - Full-time / Part-time

As a Busser, you will be responsible for cleaning all tables and keeping the surrounding floor clean around each table. When there are not any tables to clean, bussers are maintaining the bar area or rolling silverware. The Bussers also handle any extra job that a manager asks them to do, including bathroom maintenance, cleaning up spills, removing trash, etc. The goal for a Busser is to completely clean a table in 30 seconds or less, so Bussers must be fast and efficient. A qualified applicant must be quick, organized, must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 25 pounds without assistance up to 50 pounds with assistance, and work in a noisy environment. In addition, this position has a varying schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
