Synergy HomeCare of Montgomery and Bucks County is a premier provider of in-home, non-medical caregiving services, including personal care, homemaker and companionship. We care for seniors, people coping with a lifelong illness or disability, and those recuperating from a recent surgery or hospitalization. We also provide Childcare to families with children that are sick or struggling with developmental issues.  Our caregivers make a remarkable difference in the lives of others while helping them maintain independent living in the comfort of their homes.  Synergy HomeCare is an agency, not a registry. 

We are seeking a Full Time, 40 hours a week enthusiastic, aggressive, willing to work hard individual who enjoys working with people and possesses strong networking, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. You need to be able to work independently and as a vital member of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and meet with new/existing referral sources
• Secure referrals from new and existing referral sources
• Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail
• Demonstrated Organizational and Communication Skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality with positive attitude
• Demonstrated Networking Skills
• Be able to produce referrals in 30-90 days

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional referral marketing in healthcare
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in Private Duty HomeCare
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• BS Education, Marketing Background
