Wholesome 360, an innovative Mediterranean healthy food concept, is seeking a professional Line Cook who will be in charge of meal preparation. The right candidate is professional and dependable, performs well under pressure, and has a positive attitude.
The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to creating meal portions, cleaning food, cooking meals, keeping a sanitized work area, as well as ensuring the safety of food. We are seeking an individual who has experience in the food service industry, is passionate about healthy eating, and is committed to impeccable food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of professional cooking practice;
- Possess state approved food handlers certification;
