About this job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up dining area and server stations (cleaning and setting tables, stocking Ramen Bar, preparing dine settings, handling Alcohol etc.)

Knowledge and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and proper alcohol control for the safety of our guests.

Help guests select food and beverage by knowledge of our menu; suggesting appetizers, explaining meal choices, and offering sake or drink parings with meals.

Properly input orders via POS system (Clover, this includes being able to time when to put in appetizers,ramen, and kitchen orders.

Ensure guests receive a quality and satisfying experience, inquiring as to any additional needs throughout the meal.

Create great service for all guests by helping co-workers and maintaining running side work (stocking, cleaning section and sever areas, prepping soups, sorting and stuffing dine ware etc.)

Completing dining experience by cashing out guests while thanking them for their choice to join us and inviting them back again.

Breaking down and cleaning section, closing side-work

Requirements:

  1. Experience is not required but need to be hardworking and willing to learn
  2. Work days, nights, and weekends as required; Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  3. Strong work ethic, people skills, and conflict resolution.
  4. Reliable transportation
  5. Excellent customer service and people skills.
  6. Ability to handle cash and tender financial transactions.
  7. Teamwork
