As a FOH Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team to ensure a great experience for each guest. You accomplish this by being accountable for the daily business operations with a focus on the dining room including directing the dining room staff for proper service execution, ensuring appropriate staffing based on business needs, and consistently monitoring all staff to ensure a great guest experience.
