Position Overview:
The Cocktail Server follows all RUI Service Vision standards; Making it Right, Making Happen and Making it Special. The Cocktail Server demonstrates teamwork, technical proficiency and menu knowledge to achieve this objective. Cocktail Servers occupy a unique position in the restaurant and serve almost as ambassadors to the rest of the restaurant. Responsible for greeting assigned tables and taking Guest meal/beverage orders, the Cocktail Server follows all appropriate policies and procedures outlined in the training manual and employee handbook.

Job Requirements
* Valid food handler and liquor license card (if required by state law)
* Ability to perform basic mathematics
* Ability to arrive to work on time, ready to start a scheduled shift
* Has a basic knowledge of restaurant operations
* Displays a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude towards coworkers and management
* Demonstrates good time management skills by completing all tasks in a timely manner
* Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts, based on the needs of the restaurant volume
* Must work well in a fast paced environment
* Must work well under pressure
* Must be able to maintain your balance while carrying food/beverages
