Requirements
Title: Caregiver
Location: Milwaukee County Area and surrounding suburbs.
Position Summary: SYNERGY HomeCare provides care to the elderly and disabled allowing them to stay independent in their home.
Essential Functions: 12 hour shifts, to 24 hour shifts for individuals; providing personal care assistance, meal preparation, light houskeeping, medication reminders, errands, transportation and companionship to the elderly and disabled.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin Drivers Licence and Car Insurance
- Must have current TB skin test
- Experience preferred
