Some custodial duties include:
- maintaining customer convenience areas clean and stocked
- addressing customer needs while dining (retrieving more napkins, straws, etc.)

Requirements
Must be able to interact with the customers. This position maintains constant contact with customers and it is important that there is a nice interaction between custodian and guest. The individual that typically excels in this position remains in constant motion and can handle busy environments as well as stay productive during lulls.
