Pay Range: New in Position $17.00 to start ( experience considered) and you can work towards $20.00 + and the General Manager Position.
An Entry Level Management Position with very competitive starting pay and benefits that could grow to so much more. You will work directly for the local owner/operator who cares about your personal development.
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.
As a Kitchen Department Manager, you may be responsible for:
•Food Safety
•Internal Communication
•Inventory Management
•Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
•Managing Crew
•Quality Food Production
