Prep/Dish/Clean Job Description
1. A large part of the Prep/Dish position will be to clean and sanitize the restaurant each day in addition to running the dish room.
2. You will be an integral part of the team and your duties will include but not limited to the following tasks:
a. Mop all tile floors
b. Clean windows
c. Set up dish room for service period
d. Dust
e. Check perimeter of the building for loose trash etc.
3. Prep cooks will handle all food preparation within the kitchen.
4. You will build recipes to spec using the proper techniques and measurements.
5. A prep cook must have knife skills in order to cut and prepare all vegetables and proteins.
