Product Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador

Job Purpose

To represent Little Giant Ladder Systems by going into Costco warehouses to demonstrate the Little Giant MegaMax ladder.  Inform potential customers of the benefits of the product and answer any questions they may have.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled demo with Costco via email or phone call
• Show up on time to the assigned location and set up demo area
• Handle a 35 lbs. ladder properly as per instruction
• Engage with customers and be friendly
• Show the product to the customers, and explain how it works
• Provide excellent customer care
• Be respectful to the locations management team and employees
• Keep area clean and presentable at all times
• Be a good representation of Little Giant Ladder Systems
• Communicate properly via email and phone with upper management
• The list of job duties is not exhaustive and may be revised from time to time, based on business needs

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent           
• Self-Motivated
• Responsible
• Excels in customer care
• Great communication skills
• No prior experience needed

Working Conditions

Weekend – Saturday and Sunday day shifts

16 hours a weekend, 2-4 weekends per month

Pay is hourly plus commission; 15$/hour plus $5 per every ladder sold        

Physical Requirements

This position requires the individual to demonstrate a ladder that weights around 35 lbs.  The individual will also be standing for the majority of the time, with the exceptions of breaks and lunch.
