Job Responsibilities
*Provide support to Global Payroll Specialist and Managers, including call/meeting set-ups, mailings
*Execute day to day payroll delivery for clients
*Data Input for client payrolls
*Prepare global payroll funding transactions, i.e. ACH, wire transfers
*Work with International Country Payroll Processors ICPs around the world
*Coordinate payroll activities with client counterparts
*Assist Global Payroll Specialist with Level 2 and Level 3 clients
*Learn all payroll systems and tools
*Assist with standard reporting
*Assist with special projects, including client payroll procedures documentation
Skills/Qualifications
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Self Motivated
*Ability to work independently
*Good analytical skills
*Comfortable working with numbers
*Familiarity with Microsoft Office and especially Excel
*Detail-oriented
