About this job
The Team Associate is our front line service provider to the Customers and is a key part of our operations. Developing relationships with regular customers, learning their names and routines is part of this important role. Accurately processing sales transactions on the cash register is also a central duty. It's also important to work with other Team Associates to provide a Fast, Friendly, Safe, and Clean environment. This also includes regularly stocking products and completing cleaning & shift duties during off peak periods. Hourly Team Associates will need to meet the Performance and Policy expectations established to meet our Vision to be the most Customer Focused C-Store chain in the industry.
