Apartment Maintenance Technician - Full-time

Alltrade Property Management is a full-service property management company that specializes in residential properties. The company currently manages multiple locations across Kentucky, specifically the Louisville Metro Area, Lexington, and Frankfort, as well as properties in Southern Indiana, Peoria, IL, and Durham, NC. 

To help us meet our growing needs, Alltrade is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians in the Durham area. 

What you'll be doing:
* Painting (Interior, Exterior, etc)
* Gutter Installation/Repair
* Roofing Installation/Repair
* Soffit Installation/Repair
* Apartment Turns
* Heavy/Light Drywall Work
* Major/Minor Plumbing 
* Installing Tub Surrounds
* Remodeling/Renovations 
* Basic electrical repairs
* Grounds keeping

What you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years experience with general maintenance
* Strong Plumbing experience
* Driver's License 
* Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and, on rare occasions, move more than 100 pounds.
