Great Part-Time Job for High School Students, College Students and Retirees!
We have immediate openings for part-time Servers at premier independent living community. Our community prides itself on our many amenities and our high quality of services and facilities, in a friendly, energetic environment.
Experience preferred but we will train anyone with a “Can Do” attitude!
We Offer:
- Flexible schedules – after school and weekends
- Last shift generally ends approximately 9:30pm
- Competitive starting pay of $10.25 per hour
- On-site training
- 401(k) with company match (employees but must be 21 year old)
- Eligible to participate in year-end bonus program
Requirements:
- Professionally present and serve resident meals working in our two formal dining rooms and our casual cafe.
- Provide the highest standards of customer service.
- Responsible for order entry, order delivery, and identifying any issues during the residents’ dining experience.
- Work special events and parties as assigned.
- Be required to bend, and lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Must be able to remain on one’s feet for extended periods of time.
- Ensure dining room is clean and welcoming.
- Must be able to read, write and converse in Basic English.
- Must meet grooming standards.
