Riverdale Funding, LLC is a private hard money lender that offers nontraditional commercial loans to real estate investors and developers throughout the United States. We have several offices located nationwide. This position is located in our Johnson City, Tennessee office, close to the Johnson City Mall. What Does a Day at Riverdale Look Like?

At Riverdale Funding, you're going to be the main liaison between your client and our talented team of underwriters and servicers. Your daily duties will consist of working with clients to identify their financial goals and how those goals can be met. You will speak with applicants and/or their brokers to gather information for their loan application and answer any questions along the way. Once the applications are complete and the proper documents are received, you will submit them for approval through the Senior Account Executive, of course while following our basic guidelines and procedures. Last, but certainly not least, you will work closely with our team of underwriters, along with the Senior Account Executive, to resolve any issues that may arise during the underwriting process. Occasionally, you will be assigned with other tasks that directly relate to your pipeline of clients.

As well as the ability to follow directions and communicate with your team. The perfect candidate will also need to have the ability to work independently and productively to prioritize their workload with total efficiency. What Else Might You Need To Succeed At Riverdale?

We require that you have at minimum education of a High School Diploma or similar, but any furthered education is a plus. You'll need to have at least 1- 3 years of strong sales experience, or the hunger to succeed for this position, while knowledge of the banking and mortgage industry is preferred.

Our office is open Monday - Friday and we operate during normal business hours of 8am - 6pm.
