Lobby Cashier/Order-Taker/Expeditor: 

  • Primary Duties: Responsible for Lobby guests. Greets the guests. Takes, suggestive sells, and records the order into POS. Handles cash transactions. Verifies and presents order to dine-in guests. Invites the dine-in guests to return. 
  • Secondary Duties: Monitors cleanliness of restrooms and lobby (tables, chairs, floors, windows, trash cans, and trays). Monitors condiment stand and beverage ice levels and restocks as needed (refills bins; stocks napkins, straws, sporks, and other items on the condiment stand). Removes trash as needed. Conducts table visits. 
  • Other Duties: Assists in filling and packaging orders for lobby and drive-thru. Monitors and maintains parking lot. Communicates any problems to the manager.

Drive-Thru Cashier/Order-Taker/Expeditor: 

  • Primary Duties: Responsible for Drive-Thru guests. Greets the guest. Takes, suggestive sells, and records the order into POS. Fills drinks. Handles the cash transactions. Verifies and presents orders to drive-thru guests. Invites the drive-thru guests to return. 
  • Secondary Duties: Assists in filling and packaging orders for lobby and drive-thru. Monitors condiment stand and beverage ice levels and restocks as needed (refills bins; stocks napkins, straws, sporks, and other items on the condiment stand).  
  • Other Duties: Monitors all product levels and holding times (makes sure product has not expired, that hold times are clearly written, product level is adequate for business). Monitors cleanliness of service/production area (wipes down counters, sweeps floors, removes trash and changes sanitizing water.) Communicates any problems to the manager. 

Lobby and Drive-Thru Packager: 

  • Primary Duties: Fills and packages guest orders. Verifies and presents orders to drive-thru guests. Invites the drive-thru guests to return. 
  • Secondary Duties: Assists with frying freezer-to-fryer foods, pulling chicken, and making sandwiches. 
  • Other Duties: Monitors cleanliness of service/production area (wipes down counters, sweeps floors, removes trash and changes sanitizing water). Monitors and corrects cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms (clean tables, restocks condiment stand, cleans and restocks restrooms). Monitors all product levels and holding times (makes sure product has not expired, that hold times are clearly written, product level is adequate for business). Communicates any problems to the manager.

  • Primary Duties: Prepares chicken batter. Inspects, prepares, and marinates raw chicken. Batters, fries, and monitors holding times of all fried products, including chicken.  
  • Secondary Duties: Monitors and corrects cleanliness of the back of the house (filters fryers, wipes off counters, sweeps and mops floors, washes dishes, removes trash and changes water in 3-compartment sink as needed.) 
  • Other Duties: Receives, inspects, and records deliveries.  *This position requires frequent heavy lifting.

  • Primary duties: ?Prepares signature sides, sandwiches, biscuits, and desserts. Monitors all product levels and holding times (makes sure product has not expired, that hold times are clearly written, product level is adequate for business). 
  • Secondary Duties: Assists with freezer-to-fryer foods, pulling chicken, and filling and packaging orders when necessary. Monitors cleanliness of service/production area and back of the house (wipes down counters, sweeps floors, washes dishes, removes trash, changes sanitizing water and water in 3-compartment sink as needed).  
  • Other Duties: Monitors and corrects cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms (cleans tables, restocks condiment stand, cleans and restocks restrooms). Monitors and corrects cleanliness of the parking lot and restaurant grounds.
