Restaurant/Food General Help (Crew Member)

Pita Pit Hermosa is currently seeking self motivated, hard working people within a growing international restaurant chain.

Pita Pit offers healthy, delicious food for people seeking tasty alternatives to the typical fast food
choices. Our motto "FRESH THINKING -- HEALTHY EATING", features a menu based on the customer's choice of grilled meats, fresh vegetables, zesty sauces, and a pita rolled into a unique and convenient package.

General help includes several positions or stations: Cashier, Pita Roller, Griller, and Food Prep.
During busy times, Pit Crew members will be assigned to specific stations to optimize efficiency.
With less customer volume, one Pit Crew member will rotate through positions. Ideally
everyone should know how to perform all job functions efficiently and effectively.
Qualified applicants will:

1. The Pita Pit Crew member receives, and prepares food orders for customers.
2. Ensures that world class pitas are being served with exceptional customer service.
3. Maintains a clean well-kept restaurant following the guidelines set by the shift list, Shift
Lead and/or General Manager.

4. Communicate clearly and in a friendly and upbeat manner with other Pita Pit crew,
management and customers.
5. Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the high energy, customer friendly
attitude.
6. Adhere to the safe food handling regulations as set forth by the Health Department in
your area.
7. Properly and efficiently prep all menu items as set forth in the Visual Prep Guide and InStore
Binder.
8. Follow prep lists and prep accordingly.
9. Properly wash and dry dishes in a three compartment sink.
10. Display thorough knowledge of ingredients and all menu items including local and
promotional pitas.
11. Understanding of what it means to keep the sandwich station clean and fully stocked at
all times.
12. Understand of Pita Pit CREW priorities.
13. Answer the phone and facilitate pick up or delivery orders.

14. Follow all Daily Routine List duties.
15. Understand the POS system and perform all necessary POS transactions
16. Be available for day or evening shifts

Paying $11/hour
