IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for AWAKE Overnight shifts in Phoenix from 11pm to 8am.
Must have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and/or Parkinson's.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, personal care, transfer assistance, laundry, light housekeeping. Must be able and willing to follow specific directions related to care. Must be able to communicate with office staff and family regarding care.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years or older. Must have or obtain current CPR/First Aid Certification and have a negative TB test within the last 12 months. Must have own, reliable vehicle with appropriate coverage. All applicants are nationally background checked and MVR checked.
