Manufacturing Production Operator 1- Full Time

Pompeian is looking for full-time production line operators for both shifts.

10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday with possible Fridays.Must be able to work various shifts per week.

First shift: 5:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m.

Second shift: 3:45 p.m.-2:15a.m.

This is an hourly position paid weekly at a rate of $14.06 with overtime eligibility for any hours worked more than 40 in a normal work week.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must follow safety rules
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Positive Attitude, willing to learn 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all employee safety, food safety rules and GMPs
• Run your line with no interruptions, breakdowns, or rework to achieve your targeted pallet count.
• Operate the production line and be responsible for recording all machine downtime and reasons.
• Monitor product quality and inform QC of any deviations from the standard.
• Assist in troubleshooting of the machine if the machine is not running properly
