Innovative Answering Assistance Inc. is hiring full time & part time positions in Lakewood Ranch. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to schedule appointments and handle customer phone calls.
We are currently hoping to hire 6 quality candidates!
Compensation Structure:
Pay- $11-$12 per hour to start depending on experience.
$1 raise after 12 months. (this can be achieved much earlier depending on performance)
$.25 raise every 6 months thereafter.
56 hrs of PTO.
The ideal candidate will have worked in an office setting prior, can type a minimum of 45 WPM professional, polite, has a driver's license & able to work at least 1 weekend day.
