About this job

Our client is a reputable English education group with nearly 100 teaching centers across 30 cities nationwide. Created in 2009 in Beijing, they now have over 30,000 students and recognized in the top 3 Chinese education industry. With over 300 international teachers and 1000 Chinese teachers, you will be joining a international community, who are all ready to support you as you become a future member of the team.

As an English teacher for our client, you will be delivering English lessons to young children ranging from 2 to 15 years old with no more than 14 students per class. Teaching hours per week include 16 teaching hours, 16 office hours, and 4 training hours. Smart board technology will be utilized in classrooms and a local bilingual teacher assistant will also be provided.


The training center practices teaching methods based on and incorporates several educational theories: English is taught in different subjects such as Art, Music, Science, Drama, World Culture, Global Leadership, Logical Thinking, and Virutal P.E to promote a fun and motivating English speaking environment.

Qualifications:
Required Candidates should (have): 
1. A bachelor's degree awarded by an accredited university (preferred majors in Education, Linguistics, or English);
2. Have at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience OR have 120 hours of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate;
3. Must be a native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand;
4. At least one-year commitment, longer dedication highly preferred;

In addition to qualifications mentioned above, candidates should be caring, dedicated, patient, passionate, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with young learners.

13: Promotes teacher to be Researcher, Trainer, Assessor, Regional Supervisor or International Teacher Academic Director;
