Catering Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Catering Coordinator will work within operations of a single restaurant, preparing food selections, executing catering orders and providing great experiences to all catering clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Available from 8am-6:30pm to handle incoming phone calls, emails, questions, orders and adjustments. Follow up with customers before and after the catering. Be the liaison between the customer and store front. Assist in training of new drivers. May be required to deliver catering during high volume days. Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with customers. Give quotes and follow up in a timely matter.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in fast paced catering environment
• At least 1 year in managerial role with progressive responsibilities
• 1 year sales experience required
• Multi unit experience is a plus
• Must answer the phone with a smile
• Self motivated
