WANTED: Real Estate Company seeks self-starting, 'go getter' to be hired as a Bird Dog. As a Bird Dog, you will be trained and directed to scout your local area for properties for real estate purchase and investment. You'll be given the training you need and requires very little experience. This is the perfect job for someone who is just wanting a little extra money. For someone that may want an inroad into real estate this could also be an entry level position to help get you on your way. There is some online research needed but you'll find that the responsibilities are light and for someone who go-gets and makes it happen, this could compete with any other job.
- For every contract that we close of the leads you submitted to us, you'll get $250. With the right pair of eyes, driving through one neighborhood could get you 10 submitted leads. If even one of them is a contract that we close, that's $250 for what was a couple hours of work, on your own time, and at your own pace.
