As the Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee the compliance of fulfillment and operational practices by managing workflow to meet planned units per hour, cost per hour, and level of service and accuracy standards. In addition to supervising daily floor operations and associates, you will monitor expenses and inventory for your assigned area. Making suggestions for continuous improvement!
We are looking for a candidates with 1-3 years in a logistics or warehouse fulfillment position, preferably in a leadership role. Or, a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a logistics fulfillment center internship.
This positon would require various shifts to be worked (i.e. second shift during peak seasons).
